These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OrionsBet online casino platform ("Platform", "Website", "Services", or "Site") operated by OrionsBet, a company fully licensed and regulated by the United Kingdom Gambling Commission ("UKGC") under the Gambling Act 2005 and subsequent amendments. 1. Eligibility and Age

We monitor accounts for unusual activity, including excessive deposits, rapid betting patterns, or login from prohibited locations. Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be deemed dormant, with any balance subject to a monthly fee of £5 (capped at the balance) after notification, in line with UKGC fairness rules. Reality checks, session timers, and deposit limits are mandatory features displayed on your account dashboard. 3. Deposits and
Deposits can only be made using payment methods in your own name via approved UK providers under Payment Services Regulations 2017, such as debit cards (Visa/Mastercard), PayPal, or bank transfers. Credit cards, cryptocurrencies, and e-wallets not in your name are prohibited. Minimum deposit is £10; we do not charge fees, but your provider may.
You can withdraw your deposit balance at any time without wagering requirements, even with active bonuses, as mandated by UKGC transparency rules. Withdrawals require full KYC verification and may take 3-5 business days. Minimum withdrawal is £20; maximum £5,000 per day/£20,000 per month.
